Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
We start working diligently on your order as soon as we get it! Unfortunately, we cannot make any adjustments once an order is placed.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
KHAOS offers Free Standard shipping to orders $50 and over. For orders totalling less than $50, a shipping cost will be applied.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We want to be accessible to everyone. Please note that you will be charged in CAD and shipping cost will be determined based on its destination.

When should I expect my order? Can I track it?
When your order is ready, you will receive a Shipment Notification email sharing estimated delivery details and tracking information. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sunday, and/or nationally observed Canadian holidays.

My order is lost/damaged, what do I do?
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our team at

I am not happy with my order, can I return it?
We understand things happen – if you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) for any reason, just return back to us within 14 days for a full refund. For further details please review our Return Policy.
